Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions of use, procedures, and responsibilities between All About Korea (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and the users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) accessing the information services provided by the Site.

Article 2 (Effect and Changes of Terms)

(1) All content (text, images, videos, etc.) provided on the Site is the intellectual property of All About Korea or its partners (including Sofia-tube).

(2) Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Site.

(1) The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the Site does not guarantee that all information (especially regarding visas and laws) is always up-to-date or error-free.

(2) The Site is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided. Users should verify critical information (like visa requirements) with official government authorities.

Article 2 (Third-Party Links)

The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
